      Welcome to the official shipping policy for Pree Industries. We provide flexible, worldwide logistics solutions tailored for custom apparel and bulk manufacturing orders. We aim to make the international shipping process as transparent and seamless as possible.

      Below is everything you need to know about our delivery timelines, shipping partners, trade terms, and transit protocols.

      Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

      We offer worldwide shipping and can accommodate both small sample batches and large-scale bulk orders. Shipping costs and exact timelines depend on package volume, gross weight, cargo availability, and your chosen delivery route.

      Whether you need door-to-door delivery or port-to-port freight, we work with reliable international carriers to route your orders efficiently:

      • Express Couriers: DHL (Primary), FedEx, UPS, and DPD (region-dependent).

      • Air & Sea Freight: We collaborate with registered international freight forwarders for commercial cargo flights, port-to-port sea shipping, and standard air freight.

      • Custom Arrangements: You are fully welcome to arrange your own shipping or use a preferred third-party forwarder.

      Trade Terms, Customs, and Duties

      We offer highly flexible Incoterms to suit your specific purchasing needs, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP.

      • Taxes & Port Handling: Management of customs duties, taxes, and handling fees will strictly follow the mutually agreed-upon trade terms finalized at the time of your order.

      • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Depending on our mutual agreement, duties may be covered by Pree Industries or split with the buyer.

      • SWIFT/Bulk Orders: For large, high-value bulk orders paid via SWIFT bank transfer, both parties must provide official business registration documents for import/export verification.

      Tracking, Quality Assurance, and Documentation

      We stand by the quality of our manufacturing. Before any shipment leaves our facility, we offer pre-shipment quality checks and support third-party external inspections. We are also happy to sign NDAs for your custom designs.

      • Tracking: A tracking number or forwarder bill of lading will be provided immediately after booking.

      • Documentation: Buyers are responsible for signing and verifying documents (physical or online) confirming accurate shipment quantities.

      Transit Liability, Damages, and Insurance

      While we guarantee that your products leave our factory in perfect condition, international logistics involve certain risks

      • Carrier Liability: Pree Industries is not financially liable for packages lost in transit, shipping delays, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. We also cannot offer compensation for disruptions due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, floods, storms, pandemics, port congestion, or severe route disruptions).

      • Shipping Insurance: Standard shipping carriers do not include full default liability for transit damage. We highly recommend requesting shipping insurance (either through the carrier or independently) to protect your investment. Pree Industries is not liable for third-party shipping claims.

      • Filing a Claim: If damage occurs in transit, claims are subject to the specific carrier’s policy (e.g., some carriers cap non-insured claims at $100). To file a proper investigation and reimbursement claim with the carrier, you must provide clear video proof of the unboxing and an accurate package weight claim.
