1. CUSTOM ORDERS
   Since all products are custom manufactured,
   we do not accept returns unless there is a
   manufacturing defect.
2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
   If products have manufacturing defects, we will:

• Reproduce the defective items, OR
• Offer partial/full refund based on inspection

1. CLAIMS
   All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
   with photo/video evidence.
2. ADVANCE PAYMENT
   Advance payments are non-refundable once
   production has started.
