  • Sample order payments are refundable in cash when qualifying bulk orders are placed.

  • Bulk production cost refund applies only when order quantity exceeds 100 units.

Shipping & Logistics

11.Do Not Track settings and controls?

In Short

Refund & Defect Reimbursement Policy of Preeindustry

  • Preeindustry follows international defect rate tolerance standards in bulk manufacturing. The accepted global defect tolerance rate for bulk production is 4–6% of the total delivered order.

  • Defect claims are eligible only if:

    • Defective quantity is greater than 6% of the delivered order

    • The customer provides clear and valid proof.

    • Proof is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Required proof must include:

    • A complete unboxing video, clearly showing:

      • The sealed package before opening.

      • The unboxing process.

      • Immediate discovery of defective items during unboxing.

    • Additional photos or video evidence if requested.

  • Claims will be rejected if:

    • Proof is submitted after 24 hours.

    • No unboxing video is provided.

    • Defects are within the 4–6% tolerance rate.

    • Proof is unclear or incomplete.

  • Approved reimbursement for eligible defective units will be processed as:

    • Free Reproduction of approved defective items.

    • Shipped along with the next bulk order.

    • Preeindustry will cover 100% production cost for reimbursed defective units.

    • Customer will cover the shipping cost for the reproduced defective units.

  • Reimbursement applies only if:

    • Bulk order quantity is greater than 100 units.

    • Orders 100 units or less are not eligible for production reimbursement.

  • Refund terms:

    • Sample order payment is 100% refundable in cash if the customer proceeds with a qualifying bulk order.

    • Sample refund applies to all sample quantities.

    • Bulk defect reimbursement is not a direct cash refund, it is a free reproduction benefit applied in the next order.

    • Only defect units exceeding 6% of the delivered order are eligible for reimbursement.

  • Reimbursement items are produced when the next bulk order is placed.

Shipping Policy of Preeindustry

Preeindustry offers worldwide shipping and delivery.

    • We ship using trusted international courier partners:

      • DHL (primary carrier).

      • FedEx.

      • UPS.

      • DPD (used occasionally depending on region and availability).

    • For large and high value bulk orders paid via SWIFT bank transfer:

      • We may ship through official port to port freight.

      • We collaborate with international freight forwarders.

      • Both parties must provide official company and business registration documents for export/import verification if required.

      • Taxes, customs duties, and port handling fees are managed according to the mutually agreed trade and shipping terms.

    • We support multiple global shipping methods, including:

      • Sea Freight (FCL & LCL via international forwarders).

      • Port-to-Port Sea Shipping.

      • Air Freight / Cargo Flights.

      • Air Cargo via commercial and cargo airlines.

      • Flight cargo for bulk or oversized orders.

    • Shipping cost depends on many international logistics factors, such as:

      • Package volume.

      • Gross weight and dimensions.

      • Nature and category of the item.

      • Cargo space availability.

      • Flight weight allowance.

      • Vessel and container availability (for sea shipping).

      • Shipping route conditions.

    • Delivery timeline depends on:

      • Shipping method selected.

    • Preeindustry is not responsible for compensation or reimbursement for:

      • Lost packages.

      • Transit damage.

      • Shipping delays.

      • Natural or unavoidable global shipping disruptions including:

        • Storms.

        • Earthquakes.

        • Pandemics.

        • Port congestion.

        • Any other natural or international logistics circumstances.

    • We do not compensate for shipping damage or package loss, as shipping carriers do not include default liability for transit damage.

    • If the customer arranges shipping independently:

      • The customer may request shipping insurance or assurance directly from the carrier (if offered by them).

      • Preeindustry will not be liable for any third party shipping related claims.

    • After shipment, customers will receive:

      • Shipment confirmation.

      • Courier or forwarder details.

      • Tracking number (if applicable).

    • Customers may request Preeindustry to arrange shipping, or choose to arrange shipping themselves both options are accepted.
