Preeindustry Refund & Defect Reimbursement Policy

At Preeindustry, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom apparel and manufacturing solutions. To maintain full transparency and protect our partnerships, we follow established international standards for bulk garment production.

This page outlines our official guidelines for defect tolerances, how to submit a valid claim, and our sample refund process.

Bulk Manufacturing Defect Tolerance

In the bulk manufacturing industry, a minor variance is a standard part of the production process. Preeindustry adheres to the accepted global defect tolerance rate of 4% to 6% of the total delivered order.

Because of this standard, defect claims are only eligible for review if the total number of defective units exceeds 6% of your delivered bulk shipment.

Eligibility for Defect Reimbursement

To qualify for our defectreimbursement program, your claim must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum Order Volume: Your bulk order must be greater than 100 units. Orders of 100 units or fewer do not qualify for production reimbursement.

  • Defect Threshold: The total defective quantity must be greater than 6% of the delivered order.

  • Time Limit: You must notify us and submit valid proof within 24 hours of the package’s official delivery timestamp.

Required Proof (The Unboxing Video)

To ensure a fair and accurate review process, we require clear, undeniable evidence. You must provide a complete, continuous unboxing video that clearly captures:

  1. The fully sealed package before it is opened.

  2. The complete unboxing process from start to finish.

  3. The immediate discovery of the defective items during this initial unboxing.

Note: We may also request supplementary photos or additional video evidence to help process your claim.

Claim Rejection Criteria

To maintain efficiency and fairness, claims will be automatically rejected if:

  • The claim or proof is submitted more than 24 hours after delivery.

  • No unboxing video is provided.

  • The overall defect rate falls within the acceptable 4%–6% global tolerance range.

  • The provided video or photo proof is blurry, edited, incomplete, or fails to show the initially sealed package.

How Approved Reimbursements Work

Bulk defect reimbursements are not issued as direct cash refunds. Instead, they are processed as a free reproduction benefit applied to your future production runs.

If your claim for units exceeding the 6% threshold is approved:

  • Free Reproduction: We will reproduce the approved defective units at no extra production cost.

  • Cost Split: Preeindustry covers 100% of the production costs for the replacement units. The customer is responsible only for the shipping costs of these reproduced items.

  • Delivery: The reimbursement items will be manufactured and shipped along with your next bulk order.

Sample Order Cash Refunds

We want you to be completely confident in our quality before you scale up your production.

  • 100% Refundable Samples: The payment for your sample order is fully refundable in cash. This applies to all sample quantities.

  • How to Claim: This cash refund is applied exclusively when you proceed with a qualifying bulk order based on those initial samples.
